Ingredients

  • 240 grams biscuit mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 60 grams butter
  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 400 grams cream of chicken soup
  • 300 grams frozen mixed vegetables
  • 240 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed chicken breast, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, and chicken broth. Mix well.
Step 3
Season the mixture with salt and black pepper, then pour it into a 9x13 inch (23x33 cm) baking dish.
Step 4
In another bowl, prepare the biscuit mix according to the package instructions, then drop spoonfuls of the mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture in the baking dish.
Step 5
Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the biscuits.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
