Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed chicken breast, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, and chicken broth. Mix well.

Season the mixture with salt and black pepper, then pour it into a 9x13 inch (23x33 cm) baking dish.

In another bowl, prepare the biscuit mix according to the package instructions, then drop spoonfuls of the mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture in the baking dish.
