Ingredients

  • 480 ml beef broth
  • 900 g beef stew meat
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 340 g egg noodles
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
Step 3
Remove the meat and set it aside.
Step 4
In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
Step 5
Sprinkle flour over the onions and garlic, stirring constantly for about 1 minute.
Step 6
Gradually add beef broth, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
Step 7
Return the browned meat to the skillet.
Step 8
Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
Step 9
Cover and simmer on low heat for about 1 hour or until the meat is tender.
Step 10
While the beef is cooking, prepare the egg noodles according to package instructions.
Step 11
Serve the beef tips over the cooked noodles.
