  • 400 g black beans
  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 300 g corn
  • 400 g diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 g green chilies
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 30 g taco seasoning
  • 100 g tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft.
Step 4
Stir in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, green chilies, and taco seasoning. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Spread evenly.
Step 6
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 8
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
