  • 450 g black beans
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 120 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 30 g cilantro
  • 300 g corn
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mash the black beans until mostly smooth.
Step 2
Add the corn, breadcrumbs, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, cilantro, egg, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the mashed beans. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into 6-8 patties.
