  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
Step 4
Add the sliced zucchinis to the skillet, and cook for about 5 minutes until they are slightly tender.

Season the mixture with salt and black pepper, and stir well.
Step 6
Transfer the zucchini mixture to a baking dish.
Step 7
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the zucchini mixture.
Step 8
In a small bowl, mix the bread crumbs with the melted butter.

Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the zucchini is tender.
