  • 480 grams all-purpose flour
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 5 grams salt
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 230°C (450°F).

In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.

Gradually add the water and olive oil to the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into small balls, then roll each ball into a thin sheet.

Place the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Use a fork to poke holes all over the surface of the dough to prevent puffing.
