Step 1
Place the chicken breasts and water in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside to cool. Keep the broth in the pot.

Add the rice to the broth and cook for about 15 minutes until tender.
