Ingredients

  • 150 g bacon
  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions
  • 120 ml sour cream
  • 900 g tater tots

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven according to the tater tots package instructions.
Step 2
Spread the tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake the tater tots in the preheated oven until golden brown and crispy, usually about 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the tater tots from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Step 5
Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the cheese.
Step 6
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the sliced green onions over the top.
Step 8
Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream on the side or drizzled on top.
