  • 60 grams all-purpose flour
  • 240 ml beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 30 grams butter
  • 15 grams cornstarch
  • 4 cube steaks
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 30 ml water
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
Season the cube steaks with salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Dredge the cube steaks in the all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add the cube steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.
