  • 15 g baking powder
  • 180 ml milk
  • 5 g salt
  • 60 g unsalted butter

Directions

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the cold butter pieces and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
