  • 5 g baking powder
  • 425 g black beans
  • 100 g chocolate chips
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 ml oil
  • 150 g sugar
  • 10 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the black beans, eggs, cocoa powder, sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Step 4
Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 6
