Ingredients

  • 500 ml Alfredo sauce
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 500 grams chicken breasts
  • 300 grams fettuccine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the cooked and shredded chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked fettuccine, Alfredo sauce, and chicken mixture. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
