  • 500 ml beef broth
  • 1.5 kg beef roast
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme

Directions

Step 1
Season the beef roast with salt and pepper on all sides.
Step 2
Place the chopped carrots, potatoes, and onion at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Step 3
Lay the seasoned beef roast on top of the vegetables.
Step 4
Add the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme over the beef roast.
Step 5
Pour the beef broth over the meat and vegetables.
Step 6
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is tender.

Once cooked, remove the beef roast and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
