  • 1 piece carrot
  • 0.5 cup cilantro
  • 1 piece jicama
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice

Directions

Step 1
Peel and julienne the jicama and carrot.
Step 2
Julienne the red bell pepper.
Step 3
Chop the cilantro.

In a large bowl, combine the jicama, carrot, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
