  • 480 ml boiling water
  • 120 grams chopped walnuts
  • 240 ml cold water
  • 450 grams crushed pineapple
  • 150 grams mini marshmallows
  • 170 grams red Jell-O mix
  • 240 ml sour cream
  • 420 grams whole berry cranberry sauce

Directions

Step 1
Dissolve the red Jell-O mix in boiling water in a large bowl.
Step 2
Stir in the cold water.
Step 3
Add the crushed pineapple (with juice) and whole berry cranberry sauce to the Jell-O mixture.
Step 4
Fold in the chopped walnuts and mini marshmallows.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch dish and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
Step 6
Spread sour cream evenly over the top of the Jell-O salad before serving.
