Ingredients

  • 250 ml beef broth
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g cheddar cheese
  • 400 g diced tomatoes
  • 200 g elbow macaroni
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
Step 4
Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
Step 5
Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and mix well.
Step 6
Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt. Serve hot.
