  • 200 ml barbecue sauce
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 12 refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 120 g shredded cheese

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3
Stir in the barbecue sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Flatten each biscuit dough and press into the cups of a muffin tin, forming a small bowl.
Step 5
Spoon the beef mixture into each biscuit cup.
Step 6
Top with shredded cheese.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is melted.
Step 8
Let cool slightly before serving.
