  • 250 ml cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until they are light and frothy.

Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat the mixture.
Step 3
Slowly pour in the milk, cream, nutmeg, and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
Step 4
Chill the eggnog in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
