Ingredients

  • 300 grams cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 4 green onions
  • 60 ml hoisin sauce
  • 8 mandarin pancakes
  • 150 grams mushrooms
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
Step 4
In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 5
Add green onions, cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Return the chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 7
Serve the Moo Shu Chicken with mandarin pancakes or lettuce wraps. Enjoy!
