Deliciously seasoned roasted cauliflower steaks that make a perfect vegetarian main course or side dish.
Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Step 2
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower, trim the stem, and cut it into 1.5 cm thick slices.
Step 3
Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 5
Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the seasoned olive oil mixture.
Step 6
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
Step 7
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
