In a blender, combine the flour, milk, eggs, water, melted butter, and salt. Blend until smooth. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly. Cook until the bottom is lightly browned, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
