Ingredients

12 Servings
  • 115 g butter
  • 5 g cinnamon
  • 450 g cream cheese
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
Beat the cream cheese with 200g sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
Step 3
Unroll the crescent roll dough, and use a rolling pin to shape each piece into a 9x13 inch rectangle. Press one piece into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 4
Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough, then cover with the remaining piece of dough.
Step 5
Combine the remaining 100g of sugar with the cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the dough. Pour melted butter evenly over the top.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven until the dough has puffed and turned golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
