  • 425 grams black beans
  • 2 grams black pepper
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 285 grams corn
  • 2 grams cumin
  • 425 grams garbanzo beans
  • 425 grams kidney beans
  • 60 ml lime juice
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 red onion
  • 15 ml red wine vinegar
  • 5 grams salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine black beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, and corn.
Step 2
Add chopped bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl. Mix well.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
