Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 450 g fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 5
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.
Step 6
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Continue to cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
Step 7
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.
Step 8
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
