  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 200 grams mixed greens
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450 grams steak

Directions

Step 1
Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak to your desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare). Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
