Ingredients

  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 lemon
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 4 pork cutlets
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Pound the pork cutlets to a 1/4 inch thickness.
Step 2
Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 5
Fry the cutlets in the butter until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
