Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 green chili
  • 500 g ground meat
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, and finely chopped green chili.
Step 2
Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chili powder, and salt to the meat mixture. Mix well.
Step 3
Incorporate the chopped fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice into the mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 4
Take a handful of the mixture and shape it around a skewer, forming a long, cylindrical kebab. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Step 5
Brush the kebabs with oil and place them on a preheated grill or in an oven preheated to 200°C (392°F).
Step 6
Cook the kebabs for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly cooked and browned on all sides.
Step 7
Serve the kebabs hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
