Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into evenly sized chunks.

In a large pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt.

Add the potatoes to the boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
