  • 130 grams all-purpose flour
  • 5 grams baking soda
  • 10 ml boiling water
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 120 grams butter
  • 1 egg
  • 120 grams peanut butter
  • 160 grams rolled oats
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 100 grams white sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

Beat in the egg, then stir in the vanilla.
Step 4
Dissolve the baking soda in the boiling water, then add to the batter.

Stir in the oats and flour until well blended.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
