Ingredients

  • 15 g butter
  • 240 ml coffee
  • 4 slices country ham
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the slices of country ham until browned on both sides. Remove the ham and set aside.
Step 2
To the drippings in the skillet, add the brewed coffee and water. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Step 4
Add the butter to the skillet and stir until melted and combined.
Step 5
Return the ham to the skillet to warm it through, then serve the gravy over the ham or biscuits.
