  • 300 grams bologna
  • 4 pieces carrots
  • 5 pieces eggs
  • 200 grams green peas
  • 250 grams mayonnaise
  • 6 pieces pickles
  • 5 pieces potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender, then let them cool.
Step 2
Hard-boil the eggs, let them cool, then peel and dice them.
Step 3
Dice the cooled potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, carrots, eggs, pickles, green peas, and bologna.
Step 5
Add the mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper to the bowl, and mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Step 6
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
