A delicious and easy-to-make spinach quiche perfect for brunch, lunch, or dinner. This quiche features a creamy filling loaded with spinach and cheese, all encased in a flaky pie crust.

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 150 g cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 240 ml milk
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 300 g spinach

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and translucent.

Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 5
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 6
Stir in the grated cheese and the spinach mixture.
Step 7
Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Step 9
Allow the quiche to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
