  • 480 g all-purpose flour
  • 14 g baking powder
  • 355 ml beer
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 60 g unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Pour the beer into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and drizzle the melted butter on top.
