Directions
Step 1
Cook the Acini di Pepe pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, flour, beaten egg, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
