  • 1 bell pepper
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cucumber
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup parsley
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tomato

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, and red onion.
Step 2
Add the finely chopped parsley to the bowl.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
