Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

Prepare and bake the cake mix according to package instructions, using the water, oil, and eggs.

Using a fork, poke holes all over the top of the cake.

In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water, then stir in the cold water.
