  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 500 grams fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.

Mix in the curry powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and chili powder. Cook for a few minutes until the spices are fragrant.
