  • 60 g butter
  • 4 flounder fillets
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 120 g panko bread crumbs
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 3
Dip the flounder fillets in melted butter, then coat them with the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Step 4
Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Drizzle lemon juice over the fillets.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
