Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 500 g corned beef
  • 100 ml Russian dressing
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • 200 g sauerkraut
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

Directions

Step 1
Spread Russian dressing on one side of each slice of rye bread.
Step 2
Place a slice of Swiss cheese on four slices of bread.
Step 3
Evenly distribute the corned beef and sauerkraut on top of the cheese.
Step 4
Top with the remaining slices of bread, dressing side down.
Step 5
Butter the outer sides of each sandwich.
Step 6
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwiches until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
