Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 225 g cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 800 g diced tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 450 g ground beef
  • 400 g kidney beans
  • 225 g macaroni
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 425 g tomato sauce
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 2
Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Step 3
Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add the macaroni and water to the pot. Stir well to combine.
Step 5
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the macaroni is cooked through.
Step 6
Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Step 7
