  • 10 slices bacon
  • 450 g breakfast sausage
  • 100 g cheddar cheese
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 10 jalapeños
  • 20 toothpicks

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 4
Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
Step 5
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a portion of breakfast sausage, ensuring it covers the jalapeño completely.
Step 6
Wrap a slice of bacon around each sausage-covered jalapeño and secure with a toothpick.
Step 7
Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the sausage is fully cooked.
Step 8
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
