This easy and delicious pasta dish combines roasted cherry tomatoes and creamy feta cheese to create a rich and flavorful sauce that perfectly coats al dente pasta. Ideal for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 10 g basil leaves
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Place cherry tomatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 3
Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the tomatoes, and mix well.
Step 4
Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish, surrounded by the tomatoes.
Step 5
Drizzle a little more olive oil over the feta cheese.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes, until the tomatoes have burst and the feta is melty.
Step 7
While baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
Step 8
Remove the baking dish from the oven and stir the tomatoes and feta together to create a creamy sauce.

Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and mix until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
