  • 200 grams ham
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 200 grams salami
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 2 tomato

Directions

Step 1
Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise but do not cut all the way through.
Step 2
Layer the ham, salami, and provolone cheese evenly across the bottom half of each roll.

Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onion, and banana peppers.
