A delicious and easy-to-make lasagna recipe using a slow cooker. Perfect for a family meal.
Directions
Step 1
In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is well browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 2
Stir in the tomato sauce and water. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 300g of the mozzarella cheese, 90g of the Parmesan cheese, and the egg.
Step 4
Spoon a layer of the meat sauce onto the bottom of the slow cooker.
Step 5
Add a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles (break to fit) and a layer of the cheese mixture.
Step 6
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of meat sauce.
Step 7
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
Step 8
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, until the lasagna noodles are tender.
