  • 6 eggs
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 500 grams potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.

Thinly slice the onion.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Add the potatoes and onions to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and the onions are translucent.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt.

Add the cooked potatoes and onions to the beaten eggs and mix well.

Return the mixture to the frying pan and cook on low heat until the eggs are set and the bottom is golden brown.

Carefully flip the tortilla onto a plate and then slide it back into the pan to cook the other side until golden brown.
