Ingredients

  • 30 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 g black pepper
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 5 g garlic powder
  • 5 ml hot sauce
  • 240 ml ketchup
  • 5 g onion powder
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Step 2
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Step 4
Remove the sauce from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Step 5
Transfer the sauce to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
