  • 2 g black pepper
  • 30 g butter
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 100 g crushed crackers
  • 5 g garlic powder
  • 60 ml mayonnaise
  • 5 g onion powder
  • 5 g salt
  • 200 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 120 ml sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Cook the chicken breast in a pot of boiling water until fully cooked, then shred it into small pieces.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Step 4
Add the shredded chicken to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Step 6
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix it with the crushed crackers.
Step 7
Sprinkle the buttered crackers over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
