  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 cups kale leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1
Wash all the vegetables and fruits thoroughly.
Step 2
Core and chop the apple, and chop the cucumber and celery into smaller pieces.
Step 3
Peel and chop the ginger root.
Step 4
In a blender, add the kale, spinach, apple, cucumber, celery, ginger, and water.
Step 5
Blend on high until smooth.
Step 6
Add the lemon juice and blend again until well mixed.
Step 7
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher to remove the pulp.
Step 8
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately.
