  • 50 grams breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams butter
  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 400 grams cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams shredded cheese
  • 200 grams sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Cook the chicken breast in a pot of boiling water until no longer pink, then shred it into pieces.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper.

Add the shredded chicken to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the mixture.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and then mix in the breadcrumbs.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the cheese.
