Ingredients

  • 1 g black pepper
  • 200 g calamari
  • 200 g crab meat
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 100 g mixed greens
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 30 g parsley
  • 2 g salt
  • 200 g shrimp

Directions

Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Step 2
In the same pot, add the calamari and cook for 1-2 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, and calamari.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Step 5
Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and toss gently to combine.
Step 6
Serve the seafood salad over a bed of mixed greens.
